ABOUT ME

I've been a respected communications leader for more than 15 years. I'm endlessly curious, constantly learning and always passionate about what I do.

I specialize in exploring and developing communications ideas and strategies, and weaving words and images into memorable narratives that resonate with diverse audiences. I’m a subject matter expert in corporate, nonprofit and mission-driven communications, healthcare communications, media and social media, storytelling, community outreach, collaboration, meeting and video production.

When I'm off the clock, you can find me hiking with my dogs, photographing nature and animals, supporting local youth LGBTQ programs, or tucked in a corner working on my latest personal writing project.
